  • 2 bunches Asparagus
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Everything Spice


  • Line a sheetpan with parchment. Preheat the oven to 400.
  • Hold the asparagus at each end and bend gently until the hard bottom part of the stalk snaps off. Do this for all of the asparagus stalks.
  • Drizzle the oil over the asparagus. Sprinkle on the Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Everything Spice.
  • Use your hands to toss the ingredients all together. Smooth the asparagus back into a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes until it’s tendercrisp. Then remove from heat and serve either hot or room temperature.



This dish can be frozen, but I don’t love what happens to the texture. It becomes more flaccid on second heating, so ideally serve fresh and not made in advance.
