Ingredients

  • Salad Veggies
  • 14 Ounces Albacore Tuna in Water drained
  • ¼ Cups Butter or Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper

DRESSING

  • ¼ Cups Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Cups Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey

Instructions

  • Prepare the Salad Veggies and Assemble
  • Saute Albacore Tuna, Butter, Kosher Salt, and Black Pepper on Medium until the tuna is flaky and the edges crisp
  • Whisk together Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper and Honey.
  • Serve the salad topped with the sauteed tuna and drizzled with desired amount of Lemon Dressing.
