Salad Veggies
14 oz Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Dressing
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Olive OIl
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 TBS Honey

    This recipe is friendly for gluten-free, paleo and all-natural diets.  It uses whole food, natural ingredients, that you can be proud of!  It is also a delicious and healthy lunch that can be made up in advance or day by day!

    *Note: The salad pictured was Baby Spinach and Arugula, Cherry Tomato, Carrot, Cucumber, Radish, Avocado and Sunflower Seeds

    **WW Freestyle: Each salad is 7 points including dressing if you use Fat-free margarine in place of the butter.

    Prepare the Salad Veggies and Assemble

    Saute Albacore Tuna, Butter, Kosher Salt, and Black Pepper on Medium until the tuna is flaky and the edges crisp

    Whisk together Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper and Honey.

    Serve the salad topped with the sauteed tuna and drizzled with desired amount of Lemon Dressing.
