Velvety, creamy, salty, this hearty Rise and Shine Breakfast Sandwich is a blend of textures and flavors that will have you feeling completely satisfied and ready to start your day!

My husband loves eggs for breakfast.  Like, the day is just not as good if he can’t have eggs for breakfast.  So, I typically get up early to make breakfast for everyone, and I was looking for a healthy, quick way to prepare eggs that wasn’t boring and would be filling enough to get him through a busy work morning.

This sandwich was the hands-down winner.  My husband now gets excited for breakfast, and if I’m making eggs any other way he asks me, “No Breakfast Sandwich today?”

I’ve had cheap fast-food breakfast sandwiches before, and my honest opinion is always that they are barely worth the money.  Rise and Shine Breakfast Sandwich includes all of the delicious layers, but in a more flavorful way. I love that I can have a healthy breakfast sandwich with all the appeal of takeout in only 15 minutes without ever leaving my house.

Whatever size brood you have to cook for, this sandwich will have you full and on your way fast.
