Lemon Drop, Cosmopolitan, Apple-tini, Martini’s are such a great format for fun flavors. There are entire bars dedicated to martinis of every flavor combination imaginable. I couldn’t resist creating a fun cocktail for Rosh Hashanah. I incorporated rich Pomegranate with the sweetness of dates and balanced that with tart lime and seltzer. This well balanced cocktail is as beautiful as it is delicious.
You can prepare this recipe a couple days in advance and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Just shake to mix well before serving.

- ¼ Cups Pomegranate Juice
- ¼ Cups Seltzer
- 1 Tablespoon Date Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour over ice and Shake a few times, then strain into martini glasses.
- Serve cold. Garnish with pomegranate arils or mint sprigs.
